Civil Project Manager

Full-time · Syracuse, NY · Central New York

Compensation

$100K – $150K, based on experience

Run civil construction projects from planning through closeout. You own the schedule, the crews, and the site logistics — and you have room to grow into more of the business as we take on more work across Central New York.

What you'll do

  • Manage civil construction projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Track budget, production, and change orders against the contract
  • Work directly with owners, contracting officers, and prime contractors
  • Keep projects on schedule and inspection-ready

What we're looking for

  • Civil or sitework project management experience
  • Comfortable reading plans, specs, and contract documents
  • Can hold a schedule and a budget without being chased
  • Federal or public-agency contract experience is a plus, not a requirement

Civil Superintendent

Full-time · Syracuse, NY · Central New York

Compensation

$100K – $150K, based on experience

Run the site. You lead the crew on civil construction projects from the ground up, and build a long-term career leading site work across Central New York.

What you'll do

  • Lead daily field operations on civil construction projects
  • Direct crews, equipment, and material to keep production moving
  • Own site safety, layout, and quality in the field
  • Coordinate inspections and keep the work in front of the schedule
  • Report progress and look-ahead to the project manager

What we're looking for

  • Field leadership experience on sitework, utilities, or heavy civil
  • Knows how to run equipment and the people operating it
  • Sets the safety standard rather than reacting to it
  • Wants to stay and grow, not job-hop a season at a time
